Job Title: Technical Director

Salary: $65-70k annually

About Us: 11.11 Training is small group technical soccer skills and sports performance facility. We help soccer players create separation from the competition by providing small group technical soccer training + strength and conditioning for players of age 8 to the professional level. We help athletes create separation from the competition by getting you faster, stronger and more explosive  - whether you’re in-season, off-season, or getting ready for preseason.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced, creative, technical soccer coach to join our location in Greenville, SC. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, creating and executing technical soccer drills, learning the “11.11 Way” philosophy of coaching, programming and leading small group sessions, leading and developing part-time coaches, and business development with recruitment from potential and current customers/customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Programming and leading small group sessions

  • Developing, creating and executing technical soccer drills

  • Small Group Sessions Hours Monday - Friday 6am - 7am, 2 - 8:30 pm, Saturday (on call)

  • Administrative Hours Monday - Friday 8 - 11 am/ 12 - 2pm, Saturday (on call)

  • Business development with recruitment from potential and current customers/customer service.

  • Leading and developing part-time coaches

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • U.S. Soccer C- Level Coaching License 

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in collegiate/club coaching and small group setting coaching.

  • Strong understanding of the five foundational skill sets: dribbling, first touch, receiving, shooting and heading.

  • Able to physically conduct sessions and assist players during sessions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word and the ability to learn administrator platforms such as High Level and other programming software.

  • 3+ years of sales/recruiting experience

  • Excellent with communicating and speaking to parents of clients.

  • Creative mindset with a keen sense of growing and learning the technical side of the game. Always creating new ways to improve sessions and get results with clients. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Social Media/Videos Soccer Drills
