By signing this training program contract, I am committing to 90-Days of Adult Training.

Payment: $139.99

Payment is made on the day of commitment and will be charged that day every month in the form of direct withdraw. Payment comes directly out of the account/Credit Card you provide when you complete the registration.

Contract Cancellation Policy:

All contracts once signed and committed to are binding until the contract ends. Payments will continue to be made regardless of adult participation or not until the end of the contract.

The only 2 exceptions for the no contract cancellation policy are:

If adult gets an injury that keeps them out of all physical activity for longer than one month. A physician’s note is required.
If an adult is moving away and leaving town and no longer lives within a 25 mile radius.
If adult wants to terminate their contract without those exceptions a $300.00 fee or remainder of the contract if less than $300.00, will be due at time of termination.
