We are a group of athletes, who train together Monday-Thursday. Same time. Same place. Our programming is built by former athletes to make you faster, stronger, conditioned and more explosive.

WEIGHT ROOM MENTALITY

As former athletes, we’ve created an environment and culture that mimics a college weight room.

You won’t find us taking an ‘after class group photo’ - but you will find like-minded athletes who want to come in, get work done and perform to their best ability.

Weekly Schedule: 6:00 am I 5:30 pm

  • Monday: Lower Body

    Main Lift: Front Squat
    -Speed Mechanics/Sprints
    -Lower body accessories

  • Tuesday: Upper Body/Conditioning

    Main Lift: Push Press
    -Upper body accessories
    -Conditioning (interval style)

  • Wednesday: Lower Body

    Main Lift: Trapbar Deadlift/Back Sqaut or Overhead Squat (depending on block)
    -Plyos
    -Lower body accessories

  • Thursday: Upper Body/Conditioning

    Main Lift: Bench Press
    -Upper body accessories
    -Conditioning (metcon style)

How It Works

  • Week Trial

    Come for a week, train and get a feel for our weight-room environment and programming.

  • Training Program

    You commit to our training program for 90 days.

    You get tangible, measurable results while training with like-minded people - you become an athlete again.
