College Training
These sessions are for current college athletes who are looking to train at an extremely high level and advance their strength and conditioning, speed, agility and power in their off-season or in preparation for an any upcoming tryout or their college preseason.

Elite Training (High School Ages)
This session focuses on elite level strength movements and loads. It is designed to help athletes who have progressed through advanced movement patterns and now have leveled up in their strength capacity and speed development.
The programming will help maintain good technique as training loads get heavier and improve their ability to produce even higher levels of force as fatigue sets in. The primary focus will be on building higher levels of strength, coupled with advanced speed and explosive training.

Advanced/Basic Training (Ages 10-12)
This session has a high focus in foundational strength movement patterns. It is designed to help young athletes perfect the correct form in the staple foundational athletic movement patterns: pull, push, squat and hinge. This class primarily focuses on agility and fundamental speed development.
Half the session will be agility/speed based, while the other half will focus on foundational strength movement patterns.
